Servings: 1 cup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup mirin
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- To make spicy teriyaki sauce add 1/2 to 1 tsp of red chili flakes or Sriracha to taste.
- How to store, cool completely, transfer to a jar with a lid or airtight container and refrigerate for a week.
